RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Returns must be lodged within 14 days of purchase date.
Your purchase can be returned for a credit voucher or refund for all full priced items that are unworn and in original condition.
Please note: Due to hygienic reasons, earrings cannot be returned.
Returns aren't allowed for 'change of mind' on purchases of sale items, unless you require an alternative ring size, in which case a credit voucher will be issued.
Returned items must be in original condition, unworn, with no damage, scratches, or signs of wear. It must be returned in all its original packaging including the Korte pouches and jewellery boxes.
Korte WILL NOT accept returns if products:
- Are not returned in their original condition, unworn, with no damage, scratches, or signs of wear
- Are not returned in all its original packaging including the Korte pouches and jewellery boxes.
- Are showing signs of wear/damage
- Are returned outside of the return timeframe of 14 days from receiving your order
Returns received in unsatisfactory conditions or lost in the mailing process (make sure you get a tracking number) will not be accepted and responsibility will be held by the customer. Once the returned products have arrived at our studio, we will inspect them and process the refund to you within 48 hours.
